After a long break, TableTop, the popular celebrity gaming show on the Geek & Sundry channel returns today with a classic game of Chez Geek. The game, which marks the second game from Steve Jackson Games to appear on TableTop this season, deals with the geek dilemma of juggling hobbies and work. In the game, geeks with a lot slack time can enjoy their hobbies, but without money can't get stuff for their hobbies. In order to earn money, they must give up time. (What to do?!?) In 1999, Chez Geek won an Origins Award for best traditional card game.
This week's gameplayers feature comedic musical duo Paul and Storm, who debuted on the Geek & Sundry channel this week with Learning Town, a not-necessarily-for-kids show that features ... musical comedy! Also playing alongside Mr. Wheaton is Andrew Hackard, Munchkin Czar at Steve Jackson Games. The laughs are plenty and geek culture is strong when this group gets together to play Chez Geek – check it out!
