Just like synchronized swimming, the 'World Time Sport' watch has nothing to do with sport

Introducing the Phosphor World Time Sport, the perfect watch for somebody who travels a lot, and also likes sport. Of course, a watch that does noting but tell the time and look sporty would just be lame. The Phosphor brings it though, with an e-ink display and a touch-screen.

The e-ink is the same e-ink you'll find on the screen of a Kindle or other e-reader, and the touch screen lets you swipe to flip between modes. These can be used to variously display mixtures of time, world time and a calendar.

The "sports" part of the name seems to come only from the ability to resist water down to 30 meters (100 feet), as there is no timer, stopwatch nor any other sport-related mode. This is down to the slow-refreshing e-ink display. Still, the lack of buttons keeps it slim and sleek, so you can at least pretend you're going to go out for that run. Tomorrow. I promise.

The World Time Sport will ship in December, for $100.
